World Mental Health Day 2021

World Mental Health Day this year coincides with the Canadian Thanksgiving Holiday.

This year, our focus is gratitude.

Gratitude for the lands on which we live, gratitude for the fact that we are still here despite a global pandemic and so much uncertainty in the world, gratitude for those who take care of us even when it feels impossible, and gratitude for ourselves for surviving.

To thank you all for everything you do, check out our Instagram page for an exciting gift on Sunday, October 10th.
